Blood Ties utalises the Account Switcher plugin, which means all of a single person's accounts are linked together. When you first join BT, please sign up with your Out of Character or Player handle. This is the name you'll be known by in the OOC forums, and Discord. We do not suggest you use your real name, but a more generic internet Handle. Please do not sign up using a name you'll later be using for a Character, as it gets confusing.

    To begin working on your character, you can sign up with their account! You can do this by going to your User Profile on your OOC account, and scroll down some. You will see a block called 'Miscellaneous', and then second from the bottom is 'Register New Character'. Click it!
    

    You will be brought to a page that includes this box; Enter your character's first and last name, and a password. Click Complete.
    

    You will reload. When you first log in as the Character Account, you'll be asked to accept the ToS, and then you will have full access to their account. From there, travel to the UCP of the character, and scroll down to the 'Account Setup'. The documents there will give you detailed information on how to apply for each of the different types of characters: Mage, Mundane, Shifter, Vampire or Werewolf.
