Keiran gave a small chuckle and shook his head. He really didn't need more to drink, the awkwardness of the conversation and the fact he had actually stolen Phoenix's drink was a testament to that. "I've more than paid for my right to sit here all night." The mage pointed out, not really sure it was something one should be proud of, but grinning regardless. "But since I've kinda already contaminated this one - " Keiran took the drink originally meant for Phoenix and raised it once more, only to pause before taking a sip, "So, uh, what is it?" He asked, looking over the glass at the other man, unable to pick the drink's contents by smell alone. While he might have been downing them like there was no tomorrow, Keiran's typical tipple was generally the likes of red or white wine.
The mage gave another grin, " Oh, all of the above, totally. You know, broke up with my partner who I robbed banks with, so you know, trouble at work." He laughed, taking a long drink from the glass before putting it back down on the sticky bar. He had done his best all evening to avoid resting his elbow on it, but unfortunately, the more he drank, the harder it was to avoid doing. The sleeve of his shift was going to be gross tomorrow, that was for sure.
"But no - " Keiran continued with a lopsided grin, shaking his head a little before looking off across the increasingly busy nightclub, "New to town, thought I'd go out and I picked a place at random." He made a gesture to himself and the club, "And here I am - How about you?" He turned the question on Phoenix, a little curious to know about someone who admitted to being a frequent enough visitor to the club that the bartenders knew him.
